If you are having trouble finding employees, at all career levels and job functions, then take advantage of ISRI’s resource portal to amplify your search. All assets are free to members to download. Members may also choose to pay to have the collateral professionally printed and delivered.
The ISRI Workforce Management Toolkit contains a selection of marketing pieces members can use to attract qualified applicants to their business. Most of the marketing pieces are customizable and can include each company’s logo, website, phone number, and other text.

Recycling: A Career for the Future Video. As part of
ISRI Studios Video Services, ISRI members have the following options to incorporate the video into their recruitment efforts:
- Link to the video on the company’s social media, website, and presentations (no cost)
- Order a downloadable file to upload to a company website, YouTube, or other video hosting service ($50)
- Personalize the video with company logo and a call to action ($200)
- In addition to personalizing the video, members can customize it to a specific commodity ($500)
Members can use the toolkit to spread the word about your career opportunities and create some buzz for the recycling industry. Strong marketing can grab the attention of someone who may have otherwise overlooked a great opportunity to be a part of your team!
